For the past couple of years, XSaved has lived where your bookmarks were born: in the browser, as a Chrome extension. That is changing. XSaved for iPhone is a native app that imports your X bookmarks directly on the phone, and it now has a home of its own.

If you've ever saved a thread on your laptop and then wanted to actually read it on your phone, only to be dumped back into the same endless, unsearchable list X gives everyone, this is the release you've been waiting for.

Bookmarks are a mobile habit. Managing them shouldn't be desktop-only.

Here's the awkward truth about how most people use X bookmarks: you save things on your phone, in the moment, mid-scroll. But the only way to do anything useful with those saves, search them, organize them, get them out, was to sit down at a desktop and open an extension.

That split never made sense. So we closed it. The thing you use to save is now the thing you use to find, organize, and revisit, on the same device, wherever you are.

It works on its own

This is the part worth repeating: XSaved for iPhone does not need the extension. You connect your X account inside the app, and your bookmarks import directly. No desktop, no extension, no X Premium subscription.

The extension is now the free companion

The Chrome extension isn't going anywhere, and it isn't going to cost you anything. It is the free desktop companion: capture and organize while you browse, with folders, notes, tags, search, and export all included.

Turn on sync and it is one library on both. Leave sync off and each stays local. That is your call, not ours.
