XSaved grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal purposes only.

XSaved is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your bookmarks are stored locally in your browser's storage.

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Extension will be:

• Free from errors, bugs, or interruptions
• Compatible with all browser versions or operating systems
• Available at all times without downtime
• Free from data loss (please backup important bookmarks)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XSaved and its developers shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of data, bookmarks, or other content
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Extension

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Extension at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Extension at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Extension.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
